How does remote backup/disaster recovery work?
FBITech will install software on your systems that will allow you to securely connect to FBITech servers, thus synchronizing your data in the online space reserved for your company.
FBITech systems perform a 14-day data backup, and a full backup every 45 days, retaining the last two copies. This means you can recover your data going back up to 14 days, and you can also recover data from 45 to 90 days ago.
Should you need to recover a single file or an entire system, our technicians will be available to perform the recovery. Recovery is permitted only to our specialized technicians to ensure maximum security and data inaccessibility.
