Personal data provided by users submitting requests for informational material (bulletins, CD-ROMs, newsletters, annual reports, brochures, documents, feedback regarding services or the site itself, etc.) or job applications (curricula vitae, etc.) are used solely for the purpose of carrying out the service or fulfilling the request, and are disclosed to third parties only when necessary for that purpose.
Personal data are processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or improper use, and unauthorized access.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data regarding users connecting to the site, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could—through processing and association with data held by third parties—allow for the identification of the aforementioned users.

The individuals to whom the personal data refer have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation from the relevant data controller as to whether or not such data exist, to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy, and to request their supplementation, updating, or rectification (see European Regulation 679/2016).
Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request the deletion, transformation into an anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object, on legitimate grounds, to their processing in any case.
